Project STAND, a mentorship initiative of Life Changes N Ministries in Memphis, provides guidance, academic support, and positive role models to help youth build strong character, pursue education, and create a pathway toward a successful future.

Project STAND is designed to help young men overcome challenges and build a foundation for long-term success. Through consistent mentorship, students are supported in developing social and emotional skills, improving academic engagement, and learning how to make positive life decisions. Mentors serve as trusted guides who model leadership, responsibility, and perseverance while encouraging youth to discover their purpose and potential.
By working closely with families, schools, and community partners, Project STAND helps participants successfully transition into healthier environments and meaningful opportunities. The program emphasizes education, personal growth, and network development so that every student can move forward with confidence. Through faith, mentorship, and community support, Project STAND strives to reduce recidivism and empower the next generation to rise above circumstances and build productive futures.
