Meet Pastor Steven A. Hardrick, visionary leader of Life Change N Ministries in Memphis, Tennessee. His testimony, leadership, and outreach programs continue to inspire life change throughout the Orange Mound community.
Pastor/Prophet Steven A. Hardrick is the visionary founder of Life Change N Ministries (LCNM). This Bible-based ministry was established in 2007 at the Comfort Suites Hotel on American Way in Memphis. Within just three years, the ministry was blessed to relocate to its current home at 2453 Park Avenue, where services continue today. Pastor Hardrick’s vision for the ministry is to empower believers who may feel lost or discouraged and guide them back to a path of righteousness, faith, and purpose.
Pastor Hardrick degree in theology at Union University and has completed many years of extensive biblical training through the Church of Christ. His commitment to spiritual growth and biblical teaching continues to strengthen his leadership and the mission of the ministry.
In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Pastor Hardrick is deeply involved in community outreach. He supports programs such as the Tree House Program, which empowers children involved in Memphis City Schools by encouraging personal growth and positive development. He is also involved with Young Men University, Inc., an outreach initiative that reaches young men involved in gang activity through Christian mentorship and intervention. Through these efforts, Pastor Hardrick serves as a community mentor, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur dedicated to uplifting the next generation.
Pastor Hardrick is also a devoted father of four sons, whom he loves deeply. His compassion for his family and his faith in God guide the way he serves others. His life story is a powerful testimony of transformation. After facing difficult trials and being shot and left for dead on the streets of Memphis, God spared his life and called him to serve as both a Pastor and Prophet. Through his renewed walk with Christ, Pastor Hardrick has helped restore faith in the lives of many believers and non-believers alike. His humility, dedication, and love for God continue to inspire others as he faithfully works to advance God’s kingdom.
